Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time before processing. Once the product is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in case of:

• Damaged product delivered

• Incorrect item delivered

• Quality issue (reported immediately at delivery time)

Customers must report issues within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
