Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time before processing. Once the product is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Only Refunds (no replacement or exchange) may be provided in case of:

• Damaged product delivered

• Incorrect item delivered

• Quality issue (reported immediately at delivery time)

Customers must report issues within 1 hour of delivery with photo proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Coool India reserves the right to verify claims before issuing refunds.
